Privacy Policy
DATA BIZNES CONTROL LLC, trading as Karakalpakvoice, operates karakalpakvoice.uz. This page describes what we collect and what we deliberately do not.
1. The short version
We do not keep the text you send us or the audio you upload.
Your text goes to the model, the audio comes back to you, and nothing in between is written to a database. Uploaded clips — for transcription or voice cloning — are held in a temporary file only while the request runs, then deleted. We keep counts, not content.
2. What we collect
Account
You sign in with Google. From that we receive and store your email address, display name, profile picture URL, and Google's stable account identifier. We never see or store your Google password.
Usage metering
For every request we record:
- which endpoint and which key
- how many characters, and how many bytes of audio
- the response status and how long it took
- the time it happened
This is what your usage dashboard and your bill are built from. It contains no text and no audio — only quantities.
Credits
Every charge, refund and top-up is recorded in a ledger against your account, so the balance can always be explained.
Technical logs
Our web server records request paths, status codes, timestamps and client IP addresses, as any web server does. The keyless demo on the home page is rate-limited per IP, so an IP address is held in short-lived cache entries that expire within a day.
3. What we do not collect
- The text you synthesise.
- The audio we generate for you.
- The audio you upload to transcribe or clone.
- Voice prints, biometric templates, or any model trained on your submissions.
We do not train on your data. Our models are trained on our own corpus. Nothing you send through the API is added to it.
4. Cookies
One cookie, for staying signed in: an httpOnly refresh token scoped to the console. It is not readable by scripts and is not used for tracking or advertising. There is no analytics or advertising cookie on this site.
5. Who else sees your data
- Google — only for sign-in. We verify the identity token Google issues; their own privacy policy covers that exchange.
That is the whole list. We run our own models on our own hardware, so your text and audio are not sent to any third-party AI provider. We do not sell data, and we do not share it for advertising.
6. Where it is processed
On our own servers in Nukus, Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan. Your requests are not processed abroad.
7. How long we keep it
- Account details: until you ask us to delete the account.
- Usage and credit records: retained for billing and accounting.
- Submitted text and audio: not retained at all.
- Rate-limit entries: expire automatically within a day.
8. Your choices
Write to diyarbekdev@gmail.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or have your account and its data deleted. Tell us the email you signed in with. We will act within 30 days.
Deleting an account removes your profile and revokes your keys. Accounting records of past charges are kept where the law requires it.
9. Children
The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 16. If you believe we have, tell us and we will remove it.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
